 is a family run business with Roger and his partner Mel at the forefront.
Roger has worked in the haulage industry for many years and with previous experience of working with other driver training organisations, felt he had a wealth of knowledge to offer and so decided to set up his own logistics training company. With this strong foundation he is able to interact well and can draw on his experiences to pass on a totally 'alternative approach' to driver training. His history of driving duties in the past have included Tautliner, Container, Dry Freight, Frozen and Chilled, Bulk Tipping and Blowing, Agricultural, Livestock, Skips, Ejection, RollonOff, Flat (inc Roping & Sheeting), Low Loader/Plant, Vehicle Movement and Abnormal Loads to all extremes!!!! Rogers' understanding of all aspects to everything mechanical has meant that since an early age he has been able to turn his hand to rectify almost any problem arising in the day to day running of all types of motor vehicles. | Mel is the driving force to the office based functions and is usually your first point of contact. She has a strong customer service background as well as being a people person. Mel has recently become a fully qualified counsellor after passing with distinction and has skills with EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and knows how to make an excellent brew!!! Mel is now currently studing to become a Hypnotherapist. Daughters Elise & Tanya deal with the mundane tasks of IT, Accounts and general administration to ensure the smooth running of the business. Whilst Donna is a full time mum her input into the business is a valuable asset. Fleet maintenance is handled by son Billy. Scania trained and also having been involved with trucks from an early age carries on his fathers tradition. In keeping with family values, grandaughters Charlea Demelza, Maisie Grace and Leah Isobel are not forgotton and all have a truck named after them.
